Q. Is your software new or reconditioned?
A. All software sold at Mingobyte Central is new and comes complete with instruction manuals.
Q. What is your warranty and return policy?
A. All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
  • 1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked.
  • 2. If the product will not work on your computer, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a retail box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete product are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.
Q. How long does it take to process shipping orders?
A. Orders are process and shipped within 24 hrs or the next business day.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We offer Worldwide Shipping on all of our products. When ordering, please be as detailed on your address as possible. Let us know exactly how the shipping label should look. Include the receiver's name and phone number. Please note that you are responsible for any and all customs charges and/or duties. We are unable to undervalue shipments for customs purposes. All prices are in US Dollars and shipping is always an additional charge.
International shipping rates vary greatly depending on the destination and the type of service required. We ship using USPS, but the cost ranges from $15 to $30 depending on the weight of the order. All international orders must be prepaid including shipping. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries, due to uncertain delivery service. Please e-mail me before you purchase any software so that you know what the shipping charges will be.
Q. What will it cost to ship my order?
A. UPS ground is the method of shipping that we use. It is very reliable with door to door tracking. The cost on average is ~$8.00, but the rates are subject to change.
